We are seeking multiple motivated and innovative postdoctoral researchers to join our R&D team in Beijing, China to drive the development of novel therapeutics for respiratory and fibrotic diseases. As key members of our team, you’ll spearhead pioneering projects to uncover novel drug targets for pulmonary diseases and expand indications for our cutting-edge therapeutic programs. You’ll dive into: 

• Innovative Research: Leverage advanced cellular tools, mouse genetics, and multi-omics approaches to unlock new targets for disease treatment. 

• Translational Medicine: Bridge the gap between fundamental science and real-world therapies, driving transformative advancements in treatment for debilitating respiratory, fibrotic, and autoimmune diseases. 

• Data-Driven Discovery: Utilize database analysis and translational pharmacology to accelerate drug development. 

• Global Impact: Collaborate with a vibrant scientific community and a global network of thought leaders to push the boundaries of biopharmaceutical innovation. 

Key Responsibilities： 

As a Postdoctoral researcher in Pulmongene, you will: 

1. Conduct literature review and data compilation to support new project investigations.
2. Drive novel drug target discovery/validation and establish new in vitro and in vivo models to support the evaluation of antibody drugs on bioactivity, pharmacodynamics, and pharmacology.
3. Independently design preclinical experiments based on project requirements; Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data, providing insights to the research team.
4. Provide pharmacological support for new drug applications and patent fillings, drafting and reviewing technical documents.
5. Coordinate team efforts, contribute to laboratory and team management, and mentor junior team members.

Role Requirements： 

1. Ph.D. in Stem Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Immunology, or a related discipline.
2. Published at least one first-authored, peer-reviewed publication in a relevant research field.
3. Strong expertise in mouse genetics and/or sc-RNA seq; candidates with in vivo research expertise and disease research background are preferred.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
